How to make a booking

Note: All rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

1. View the room availability at https://business.utm.my/booking
   
   
   
   
2. Request for room booking.
   
   Staffs are no longer allowed to login into the system. To make a booking, please whatsapp or call Mdm. Fatimah Masuan 013-7022902
   
   Details that will be required will be the following:
   1. Name
   2. Email address
   3. Mobile number
   4. Room
   5. Booking date & time
   6. Purpose of booking
   
   
3. You will receive an email with the details of your booking once the booking has been confirmed.

Booking cancellation

You are able to make cancellation on your booking by clicking the link available in the email confirmation.

Note: Once the link has been clicked, the booking will be cancelled immediately.
