Dr Hishan S Sanil
Has a PhD in Management, M.B.A. in Marketing and B.E. in Industrial Engineering. He is the Managing Editor of and Journal of Economic Info and one of the section editor of the journal Innovation and Entrepreneurial Research and the editorial members in the International Journal of Management. He is one of the reviewers for the Humanities & Social Sciences Reviews, Estudios de Economía, Asian Journal of Current Research, Foresight, Journal of Broadcasting & Electronic Media, Operations Research and Decisions and Arabian Journal of Geosciences which are indexed in reputed databases. He has more than 50 publications in various reputed international journals which are indexed in well-known databases like Web of Science and Scopus. His articles have been cited widely and has an H-index of 15. Currently he is teaching Business Research, Global Business strategy, Action Research and Organization Behaviour and Development. Prior to joining the academic field, he worked for more than 10 years in the field of Industrial Engineering, Re-engineering, Marketing and social and security compliance in the Manufacturing Industry. He has a vast amount of experience in handling Re-engineering projects in four different countries which include India, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Kingdom of Bahrain. He has been part of many different research projects and is a principal investigator for few of the International Industry Grants.
