Prof. Dr Roselina Ahmad Saufi
Professor Dr Roselina Ahmad Saufi obtained her PhD (Management) and Master of Business Administration in 1995 and 1991 respectively from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. She is known for her dynamism and scholarly work in human capacity building and organisational development. She was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International) at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan from 2012-2015 and prior to that, she was the Group Managing Director of UMS Link Holdings Sdn. Bhd. from 2007-2012. In 2009, she was awarded the Islamic Leader Fellowship by Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila. From 2008 to 2010 she was the President of Comprehensive Human Capability Association, Inc. (Philippines) in Zamboanga, an NGO focuses on community and human development. Prof. Dr Roselina’s research and consultancy works focus on capacity building of rural entrepreneurs and human capital development at both national and international levels. She has produced numerous publications in HR and OB and postgraduate students.
