4th December 2024, Faculty of Management UTM had the honour of hosting Human Resources (HR) professionals from Texas Instruments Malaysia who visited FM to share their invaluable insights with our students preparing for industrial training. This event was more than a visit; it was a bridge connecting academia to industry, providing students with first hand knowledge and guidance to excel in their careers. The session began with a warm welcome from TI, Ms Chiew Sue Jin and Ms Nurain Zahari, whose vast expertise in talent management, recruitment and workplace culture shone throughout the day.
