CIMB Campus Takeover at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) was filled with energy, inspiration, and real-world opportunities! Students bound for internship from the Faculty of Management UTM representing Degree of Accounting, Management (Technology), and Management (Marketing) had the privilege to engage with Mr. Mohd Qasmal Mohd Noor, the CIMB Assistant Vice President, Employer Branding and Outreach, and his passionate team in a session designed to ignite potential and open doors.
Mr. Qasmal and his team introduced CIMB’s exclusive internship programs tailored for students with drive and vision. They shared insights on what CIMB looks for in interns, the roles offered, and how students can prepare themselves for an exciting journey in one of Malaysia’s leading financial institutions.
The CIMB Group Challenge was a fun activity with a strategic aim to spot high-potential students for internship placement with CIMB. Through this challenge, the team identified standout talents who demonstrated leadership, creativity, and problem-solving under pressure.
