Faculty of Management UTM highlights the participation of 20 undergraduate students in the Cultural-Business Immersion and Connection Program (CUBIC) 2026, held from 20 โ 24 April 2026 at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia.
This international program was designed to provide students with valuable experiential learning opportunities, focusing on sustainability and social innovation. Throughout the program, participants engaged directly with Indonesian social enterprises, SMEs, and creative industries, gaining real-world insights into inclusive and sustainable business practices.
In line with its objectives, the program successfully enhanced studentsโ critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills through project-based learning activities addressing real business challenges. Students worked in diverse teams, fostering meaningful intercultural exchanges and strengthening their ability to operate in global environments.
