Norasnita Ahmad
Dr. Norasnita Ahmad is a Senior Lecturer (in Information Systems) at the Faculty of Management of UTM Johor Bahru. Upon the completion of her first degree in Bachelor of Computer Science from UTM, she started her career as a Tutor at Information Systems Department, Faculty of Computing UTM in 2001. She then graduated her MSc. Information Technology (Management) at UTM in 2004. In 2014, she was awarded a PhD in Artificial Intelligence in Education (AIED) with particular focus on learners’ trust in online learning using open learner models approach from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Dr Norasnita has involved in various research projects and authored/co-authored various articles and research papers in journals and conference proceedings.
