“Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success!”

The First Year Experience Committee of the Faculty of Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in collaboration with the STRATEGI Association and the UTM ILEAGUE Academic & Learning Experience Centre (CAEL), hosted the First-Year Experience (FYE) Program on 4 November, 2023.

FYE is a unique initiative designed for UTM’s first year students, with the primary goal of helping them transition into university life. It serves as a platform to introduce the academic advisory system, university rules and regulations, and the various support systems available at UTM.

Additionally, it fosters connections among undergraduate students from different departments, including the Department of Management and Technology, Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and Department of Accounting and Finance.

The FYE program offered a wide range of engaging activities, including fun sports, module briefings, and a segment on Palestine solidarity. Approximately 150 new students successfully completed the program, and their enthusiasm for the activities was commendable!
Well done, FM!
