โFrom University to Community: Sparking Entrepreneurial Impactโ
On 7th May 2025, vision became reality.

Focus: Boosting school cooperatives sales through BMC & aI tools
The program focused on empowering students to improve their school cooperatives by identifying real challenges, conducting market research, and crafting strategic business solutions.

Phase 1: Awareness
Students were introduced to entrepreneurship, the BMC framework, and AI tools.
Phase 2: Market Research & Planning
Teams interviewed cooperative managers, conducted surveys, and developed action plans using AI-generated insights.
Phase 3: Pitching
Students pitched their creative and data-driven business ideas with AI-enhanced visuals to a panel of UTM experts.
Phase 4: Reflection
Winning teams will be interviewed to share their experiences and key takeaways from the challenge.
Students proposed innovative and practical strategies, including pricing improvements, to boost cooperative performance. Their final pitches were confident, insightful, and community-oriented.
