Prof. Dr. Ahmad Jusoh

Prof. Dr. Ahmad Jusoh is the Dean of the Faculty of Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and a distinguished scholar specializing in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, and Sustainability. He obtained his PhD in Quality Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (2008), a Master of Science in Quality and Productivity Improvement from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2001), and a Bachelor of Management (Technology) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (1996). With 25 years of experience in teaching and research, Prof. Ahmad has held several key leadership positions, including Director of Penerbit UTM Press, Deputy Dean (Academic and Student Affairs), and Deputy Dean (Research, Innovation, Networking & Commercialization). His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening UTM’s research ecosystem, academic programs, and industry collaborations. A prolific researcher, he has authored more than 100 journal articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WOS), published in reputable journals such as the European Journal of International Management, TQM Journal, and Journal of Cleaner Production. His research achievements, reflected in an H-index of 29 (Scopus) and 24 (WOS), have contributed significantly to global scholarship in quality management and sustainability. He has successfully supervised 33 PhD graduates from Malaysia and abroad, covering areas such as sustainability, service quality, leadership, and digital transformation. His ongoing research projects include the Green & Smart Terminal Blueprint for Larkin Sentral and the Sustainable Agribusiness E-commerce Model for Coconut Smallholders, both emphasizing sustainable innovation and community well-being. Driven by a passion for excellence, sustainability, and innovation, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Jusoh continues to advance UTM’s vision as a global leader in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for greater societal impact.
