๐๐๐) ๐๐๐๐ on 9 December 2025 in Johor Bahru, reaffirming its role as a catalyst for innovation, talent development, and industry collaboration. Officiated by the Dean of the Faculty of Management, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Jusoh, the summit brought together industry leaders, government agencies, academicians, researchers, and the community in a high-impact collaborative ecosystem.

๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฌ,โ FMIS 2025 provided a strategic platform to address key issues related to digital transformation, sustainability, and the evolving socio-economic landscape.
A major highlight of the summit was the Industry Forum, which featured distinguished leaders from the railway, port, and Islamic banking sectors. The panellists included YBhg. Datoโ Sri Darwis Abdul Razak (Chief Executive Officer, Malaysia Rail Link Sdn. Bhd.), YBrs. Ts. Dr. Irwana Abd Malek (Head of Supply Chain Division, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn. Bhd.), and Encik Mohd Ekmal Mohd Zazi (Regional Head, Islamic Wholesale Banking, CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad). The forum focused on green policy awareness, corporate and community action, campaign impact measurement, and the nurturing of a sustainability-oriented mindset among youth.
The summit also featured the Industry Appreciation Award, recognising industry partners for their long-standing strategic contributions to talent development, knowledge transfer, and high-impact research since 2013. Other key segments included the Business Pitching, Student Innovation Competition, Power BI and Digital Marketing Workshops, as well as a Mini Career Fair featuring prominent industry players. Participating companies included Malaysia Rail Link Sdn. Bhd., Celestica Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd., LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, Texas Instruments Malaysia, Wiwynn Technology Service (M) Sdn. Bhd., Iskandar Investment Berhad, Ecoworld, and Outspan (M) Sdn.
