16 November 2024, Faculty of Management UTM , hosted the First Year Experience (FYE) program, an initiative to support first-year students in navigating university life and strengthening connections across programs. Held at the Kolej 9 & Kolej 10 field and FM Convention Hall, the program catered to first-year students already settling into their academic journey.
The event featured insightful sessions on UTM attributes, support systems, semester structure, academic advising, and study skills, delivered by experienced lecturers ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ข ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ง๐, ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ณ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ก, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ. ๐๐จ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ข ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ง. Interactive activities, including aerobics, team-building games, explorace challenges, and a TikTok competition, encouraged teamwork and bonding among students from the Bachelor of Management, Bachelor in Accounting, and Bachelor of Marketing programs.
By combining practical guidance with engaging activities, FYE 2024 successfully reinforced studentsโ understanding of UTMโs resources while fostering a sense of community within the Faculty of Management.
