𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑺𝒉𝒐𝒘𝒄𝒂𝒔𝒆 2.0 (𝑶𝑴𝑺𝑺 2.0)

The 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 2.0 (𝐎𝐌𝐒𝐒 2.0), held on 23 𝑱𝒖𝒏𝒆 2025, featured the active participation of 41 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 from the 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚, Faculty of Management UTM. The event, facilitated by 𝑫𝒓. 𝑴𝒐𝒉𝒅 𝒁𝒖𝒍𝒇𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒊 𝑯𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏, showcased innovative project presentations addressing real operational challenges from 9 companies based in Johor .
This project-based learning initiative allowed students to connect academic theory with real-world application. Each group conducted in-depth problem analysis, proposed relevant solutions, and evaluated the potential impact on operational efficiency. They also had the opportunity to present their ideas publicly and receive constructive feedback, enhancing their communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
