𝑹𝒆𝑮𝒆𝒏: 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒚𝒄𝒍𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 programme was successfully organised by students of the 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑺𝑭𝑴𝑫 3013) 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 in collaboration with 𝑺𝒆𝒌𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒉 𝑲𝒆𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒔𝒂𝒂𝒏 𝑻𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊 1, with support from the Department of Environment and CBH Recycle M Sdn Bhd.
This programme aimed to provide students with hands-on exposure in planning and managing a real project, while raising awareness of the importance of environmental protection and recycling practices. Through creative activities involving the production of items from recycled materials, the programme also encouraged creativity and innovation, and strengthened collaboration between university students and the school community in promoting green and sustainable practices.

A total of 33 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 from the Faculty of Management UTM were involved as the organising committee, comprising the main committee and several supporting units. The programme was attended by 30 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑺𝑲 𝑻𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊 1 as the main participants, alongside accompanying teachers, school management, representatives from relevant agencies, and lecturers from the Faculty of Management who served as invited guests and programme judges. The diverse participation contributed to a more interactive and engaging learning environment.
In terms of impact, ReGen supports 𝑺𝑫𝑮 4: 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔-𝒐𝒏 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝑺𝑫𝑮 12: 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 by promoting reuse of recyclable materials, and 𝑺𝑫𝑮 17: 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒂𝒍𝒔 through strong collaboration between the university, school, government agencies, and industry partners.
Together, we are nurturing a new generation that is more environmentally conscious and committed to sustainability.
