7 January 2025 – Faculty of Management UTM successfully organised the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗜 (𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽 𝗜𝗜) 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 aimed at equipping final year students with essential skills before embarking on their internships. The session, held at Lecture Hall 1 and Cyber Lab, covered CV writing, workplace ethics, safety (OSHA), and professional communication to ensure students are well-prepared for the working world.
As part of Prep II, FM welcomed Perkeso Johor led by 𝗠𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘂𝘀 𝗭𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻, Head of Employment Services. His team provided invaluable insights into internship opportunities and career preparation.
𝗠𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗵𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗶 conducted the MYFutureJobs briefing and introduced students to the MYFutureJob portal, a platform connecting students with employers, including MNCs and GLCs. He also guided students on registering and optimising profiles to enhance chances of securing internships.
FM sincerely appreciate the dedication of the PERKESO team, 𝗠𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗔𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝗠𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗶𝗹, 𝗠𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗱 𝗦𝘆𝗮𝗶𝗳𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵, 𝗠𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗮, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗺𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶 for assisting students with registration and queries.
This event was coordinated by the 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 led by 𝗗𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵 (Faculty Internship Coordinator), with support from 𝗠𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶 (Accounting Program), 𝗗𝗿 𝗦𝘆𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝘄𝗮𝗻 (Technology Management Program) and 𝗗𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗵 (Marketing Program).
