𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁’𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽

22 February 2025, Faculty of Management UTM held strategic planning workshop in Iskandar Puteri. The session focused on achieving organizational excellence through a structured approach and setting a direction, identifying strategic and formulating targeted strategies, key initiatives and programmes.

 

This workshop is part of UTM’s broader commitment to excellence as outlined in both Envision 2025 and the UTM 2030 Strategic Plan. Faculty Executive members & administrator came together to brainstorm innovative solutions, ensuring that our strategic roadmap not only addresses current challenges but also prepares us for a future of sustainable growth and leadership in management education.
