With the Dean of the Faculty of Management UTM waving the Jalur Gemilang, the FM GOP Istanbul team was officially flagged off in a meaningful ceremony, marking the launch of the FM Global Outreach Programme (GOP) to Tรผrkiye. It is not just a flag, yet it stands as a symbol of hope, knowledge, and spirit of Malaysia that the team carried across borders.

On 3 May, Bursa welcomed the FM GOP Istanbul team with its historical, cultural, and architectural beauty from the majestic 15th century Ottoman Empire. The team visited the Ulu Cami Mosque, the Green Mosque and Green Dome containing the tombs of Sultan Mehmed and his family, Tophane in the Osmangazi district where the Changing of the Guard ceremony was observed, explored the silk heritage at Koza Han, and toured the UNESCO-listed village of Cumalฤฑkฤฑzฤฑk.
The team proudly represents Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) on a journey of academic learning, cultural discovery, and global collaboration.
