Faculty of Management UTM and King Mongkutโ€™s Institute of Technology (KMITL), Bangkok, Thailand officially launched the International Summer School “Quality Quest in Thailand” on 6 May 2025 with a lively and energetic start. A total of 28 students from FM UTM and 20 students from KMITL participated in the program.
As part of the program, students participated in an exciting visit to 42 Bangkok. The hands-on session sparked great interest among students from both FM UTM and KMITL in exploring new approaches to technology and coding. Following that, Assistant Professor Sutti Sooampon from KMITL delivered an insightful lecture on Quality Management and Intellectual Property, where students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of protecting ideas and maintaining quality standards in business and innovation. The session ended with a vibrant cultural exchange of Malaysian dances and games by FM students.

Adding value to the academic program, Dr. Teh Zaharah Yaacob and Dr. Hanini Ilyana Che Hashim delivered lecture to students from both institutions, focusing on two key topics, Risk Assessment in Business and Financial Risk Assessment Industry Insights. Their session provided students with crucial knowledge on identifying, analyzing, and managing business and financial risks, equipping them for future professional challenges.
