Faculty of Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) has teamed up with Johor Darul Taโzim FC (JDT FC) JOHOR Southern Tigers to launch the ๐๐๐งโ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐
๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ง๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐: ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ต๐น๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ (๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐๐) ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ programme, a powerhouse initiative turning classroom theory into real-world leadership.
The excitement kicked off as Prof. Dr. Ahmad Jusoh, Dean of the Faculty of Management, officially flagged off 20 dynamic JET LEAD talents from different background such as Marketing, Accounting, Management, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and General Studies, for their first matchday mission on 8 August 2025. This event also marked the start of ๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐น๐ฒ ๐ญ: ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ธ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, where participants gain hands-on experience in stadium business operations.
At the iconic Stadium Sultan Ibrahim, Iskandar Puteri, during the Super League clash between JDT FC and Selangor FC, our UTM students took full control of nine bustling concession kiosks, serving and managing the needs of over 32,000 spectators. From managing inventory and cashless transactions to keeping queues moving, they worked alongside JDT FCโs operations team in a high-energy environment, proving their adaptability, professionalism, and entrepreneurial flair.
