Program Creating Business Ethics Awareness among Commerce Students through Service Learning

On 25th April 2019, the accounting students of AHIBS from Business Ethics and Corporate Governance course held a program “Creating Business Ethics Awareness among Commerce Students through Service Learning”. The program is part of an educational-based collaboration between AHIBS UTM and SMK Kangkar Pulai (SMKKP), Johor Bahru. The main objective of this program is to create awareness among the young generation on the importance of ethics in their daily life generally and in business particularly. Through the activities held, which include role play, brain teaser, whispering games, quiz, video show and etc., students are encouraged to make ethical judgement when dealing with dilemmas and think creatively in solving a problem. At the end of the program, most of the SMKKP students including their teachers have given a double thumbs up in this fun-way of learning ethics.
