Through her course Customer Relationship Management (SBSF 4023), 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒄. 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇. 𝑫𝒓. 𝑻𝒉𝒐𝒐 π‘¨π’Š π‘ͺπ’‰π’Šπ’ from the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship has hosted a showcase of student projects titled β€œCommunity Care: Student CRM Solutions for Small Enterprises.”
The event featured innovative CRM solutions for small enterprises in the food and stationery sectors. Ten student groups presented their strategic implementations, demonstrating CRM systems’ impact on local businesses.
Miss Sonia Ku, Digital Marketing Manager at Grocermart Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Mdm Nur Shafeera Mohamad, Marketing Lecturer from Asia Metropolitan University were invited as the honourable judges. Their expertise and insights added immense value to the discussions and feedback sessions.
The event showcased student talent and hard work, providing real-world exposure and the opportunity to contribute to the community. These future leaders proved that innovative thinking and strategic planning can transform business practices and enhance customer relationships.
