Dr. Siti Aisyah Salim

Dr. Siti Aisyah Salim is a highly dedicated academic who actively contributes to research, teaching, and service in the disciplines of Information Systems, Data Management, Multi-criteria Decision Making, Business Analytics, and Enterprise Systems (ES). She has a strong interest in ES applications such as ERP and CRM modules and holds professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals for CRM and ERP as well as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals. She completed her first degree at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with a specialization in Information Systems, followed by a second degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, and later earned her doctoral degree from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, in 2015. To date, she has produced more than 60 peer-reviewed publications, including articles in leading Information Systems and engineering-related journals such as Computer & Education, Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Jurnal Teknologi, Australasian Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Supply Chain Management, and International Journal of Integrated Engineering, in addition to papers presented at major international conferences including PACIS, ICRIIS, ICICT, and ACIS. She has secured numerous national research grants, including the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme, and is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) where she continues to contribute actively to research, academic leadership, and postgraduate supervision in Information Systems and related areas.
